Erik van Asselt and Raimund Rasche founded the group of companies ICP Intelligent Creative Products consisting of ICP Intelligent Creative Products GmbH (Essen site, Germany) and ICP Intelligent Creative Products b.v. (Wenum Wiesel site, the Netherlands).
