Customer information (Covid-19)


Dear customers and business partners,

the current situation due to the corona virus understandably causes many questions and uncertainties. Especially the daily or even hourly changing regulations make it necessary to understand and evaluate the situation and to react accordingly. 

We have taken all conceivable precautions and adapt to new situations on a daily basis in order to protect you as customers and business partners, and of course our own employees and the company.

A clear and open communication is always our top priority. Therefore we would like to inform you about our measures and the general situation.


Safety/protective measures

We have already taken the following measures to reduce the risk of infection:

  • All employees from the departments of development, production planning, sales/purchase and administration are encouraged to work in the home office as far as possible.
  • Production has been divided into two shifts with fixed groups of employees.
  • All employees were intensively informed about the recommended rules of conduct (in conjunction with the corona virus) and asked to follow them without compromise, including "social distancing".
  • All spaces are increasingly equipped with suitable disinfectants.
  • All meetings are held exclusively by telephone / video meeting.
  • The delivery of material will be as contactless as possible..

Please understand that - until further notice - we will not conduct/receive customer/supplier visits. If you have already arranged an appointment with our staff in the near future, they will contact you at short notice.


Delivery situation

The most important thing first:
According to the information available to us from our suppliers and our internal production planning, there are currently no negative effects on our general ability to deliver.
We ensure this as follows:

  • For several weeks now, our suppliers have been sending us daily updates on planned deliveries and we are therefore continuously checking all planned production orders, deliveries and sales forecasts for any delays.
  • As a preventive measure, we have also built up or pre-produced appropriate safety stocks of articles in recent weeks - as far as possible.
  • As soon as a delay in delivery should become apparent to us, we’ll always inform you immediately and try to find a quick solution together.

We ask for your understanding that in the case of very general inquiries (delivery origins of all articles delivered to you, possible delivery bottlenecks in the distant future, etc.) we can only provide limited information. In some cases, our products consist of several hundred micro-components, for which a detailed breakdown of origin and/or availability is simply not administratively manageable in the current situation.



We will continue to inform you openly at all times about our handling of the situation and any changes and will always act carefully and responsibly.
